Martin Lynch Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Cornice Martin Lynch has been a key part of Cornice's recent successes and is a strong member of the executive leadership team. Previous to his role as EVP and COO, Lynch was Vice President of Engineering at Cornice. Lynch has more than 20 years of storage industry experience, including 10 years at Maxtor Corporation where he introduced 13 industry-first products, including the MR/PRML drive, the MR preamp, the 7200 RPM dive, and the GMR/pico head. Lynch also is the author of several patents in disk drive channel optimization code. As vice president of engineering of Maxtor's Server Products Group, Lynch was responsible for all engineering functions, the company's first 15K RPM SCSI drive, and the re-architecting of Maxtor's server platform. Lynch also has worked for Coulter Corp., Rodime, Laser Magnetic Storage, Cipher Data Products and Digital Equipment Corporation.
